Meet Kristi Stradiot
I bring a mix of accounting know-how and real-world business experience to help you understand your finances and make confident decisions.
I studied Accountancy and Management at John Carroll University, where I also gained early hands-on experience as a bookkeeper for startups — giving me valuable insight into the financial challenges businesses face as they grow.
After graduation, I began my career at one of the Big Four accounting firms, developing a strong technical foundation and attention to detail. I later transitioned into industry roles with both public and private companies, gaining broad experience across business functions such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, human resources, and operations.
In these roles, I worked alongside executive teams to provide forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis — helping guide strategic decisions with accurate and actionable financial data.
Today, through Stradiot Consulting & Advisory, I use my background to provide clear and reliable financial services to businesses across the country. Based in Northeast Ohio, I am dedicated to helping both local and national partners stay organized and plan confidently for what is next.
